Mr Algene Tan is our Managing Partner and Chief Consultant. He is a serial entrepreneur and venture capitalist with extensive experience specifically in building and advising education companies. Over the last decade, Mr Tan has built a multi-million dollar education empire which now boasts a regional presence in Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam Thailand and China. He has also invested in several education companies, most notably an Edutech company which serves the academic needs of students in 52 countries.

Mr Tan is a lawyer-turned-entreprenur. He graduated with a Bachelor and Master of Laws under the prestigious University Scholars' Programme from the Singapore Management University. He is also a registered officer of the Supreme Court of Singapore, and was a member of the Law Society of Singapore.

Mr Martin Li is our Partner and Senior Consultant. He is the founder of a successful education consultancy company in Singapore, with an international presence in Malaysia and the UK. Mr Li's background is in Business and Economics from the University of Oxford but he has a special interest in Marketing. He is arguably Singapore's top social media marketers in education, having helped his clients amass millions of followers and views on Facebook, Instagram and Tik-Tok.

Mr Li was most notably offered two of Singapore's top government scholarships - the Singapore Armed Forces Scholarship and the Public Service Commission Scholarship. With his own business thriving, Mr Li had to turned those offers down. He now devotes his time to supporting business owners who want to supercharge the growth of their companies.

Dr Boon Teo is the Chairman of our Advisory Committee. He is the key man behind the operations of Mr Algene Tan's group of companies. In addition to ensuring the group runs smoothly, Dr Teo also advises on key investment strategies. He identifies target companies and decides on investment quantum.

Dr Teo was an officer at the Singapore Navy. He pursued his undergraduate and postgraduate studies at Imperial College London under the Singapore Armed Forces Overseas Scholarship. He also completed his doctorate at the National University of Singapore under a full scholarship.

Mr Shou Wong is an Honorary Member of our Advisory Committee. He is the Chief Finance Officer of all of Mr Algene Tan's companies. Mr Wong also serves as the advisor to all of the education companies the group has chosen to invest in.

Mr Wong was a private banker with one of the word's largest global banks. He graduated with a double degree in Business and Economics from the Singapore Management University. As a student, he was conferred the university's top scholarship - the Lee Kong Chian Scholarship.
